Current Ph.D. student at Mary Immaculate College, University of Limerick, with the department of English Language and Literature. Research interests include Fantasy and Science Fiction genres, as well as Psychoanalytic and Feminist theories. I also take interest in Gothic studies, Monster theory, as well a Children’s Literature. My Ph.D. thesis is entitled ​“Eros and Thanatos: A psychoanalytic-feminist approach to human understanding of fear and premature death in fantasy literature and science fiction.”
