A Lord of the Rings-mad woodshop artist spent thousands creating a ‘Hobbit hole’ from an old shed in his backyard — and he claims he’s determined to finish it in 2022.
Ali Hughson, 48, has been a fan of JRR Tolkien since his father read the books to him as a child and has continued the proud tradition of watching the trilogy with his own children.
But last year, the IKEA worker decided to take his fandom to a much higher level and spent £2,000 renovating a rundown shed in his garden into the perfect Hobbit Hole to create wood-burning art in his spare time.…
