Dr. Michael Urick is a Graduate Director and Associate Professor at Saint Vincent College (USA). Urick has authored over fifty publications including three books and dozens of peer reviewed articles/chapters. Many of these are related to linking popular culture to theories, leadership, and generational issues at work. His most recent book is entitled Leadership in Middle-earth: Theories and Applications for Organizations published through Emerald. Urick has been an avid Tolkien fan since 1993.
