Fr Michael is a Senior Research Fellow at Blackfriars Hall, Oxford and an Associate Member, Faculty of Theology and Religion, Oxford. His principal research interest is theological imagination, with a focus on the thought and writings of C.S. Lewis.
Publications include: Planet Narnia: The Seven Heavens in the Imagination of C.S. Lewis (Oxford, 2008); The Cambridge Companion to C.S. Lewis, co-edited with Robert MacSwain (Cambridge, 2010). He also edited Heresies and How to Avoid Them (with Ben Quash) and C.S. Lewis at Poets’ Corner (with Peter S. Williams).
