Nikolay Shevchenko holds master’s degrees in international relations and international journalism. Before joining Russia Beyond, he had contributed to several media outlets, including Russia Direct, The Atlantic Community, Aeroflot Magazine, and the New York Times Magazine. He takes interest in storytelling and photography, two crafts he’s always willing to share with the readers of Russia Beyond.
